Dev Theatrical trailer has been given certification by the CBFC with 'UA 16+'. It is reported by the official website of CBFC, that the theatrical trailer, having a duration of 2 minutes and 22 seconds, had been certified on January 8, 2025. All this has simply added fuel to the fire so that fans look forward to glimpsing Shahid Kapoor's potent performance.

On January 5, 2025, the makers of Deva dropped a sizzling teaser. The video featured Shahid Kapoor in the lead role as a fierce and powerful cop. His commanding presence, fiery expressions, and dynamic action sequences defined the movie. A short yet gripping glimpse of Shahid dancing further fueled the interest. The teaser ended with a promise: "Trailer Soon," and the fans and netizens buzzed with anticipation.

He shared a behind-the-scenes video of the shoot wrap of Deva, where he reenacted the famous Kaminey dance step, "Dhan Te Nan."
