One of the most awaited films of the year – Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani made headlines on Thursday as Karan Johar introduced the very first look posters of the movie. Starring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in main characters, the film is slated to release on July 28, 2023.
Meanwhile, the posters feature Ranveer and Alia in shimmery attire, posing in funky style, donning goofy expressions.
It should be highlighted that this will be Karan Johar’s next directorial venture after Ae Dil Hai Mushkil that featured Ranbir Karpoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan along with Anushka Sharma.
Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani also features Dharmendra, Preity Zinta, Anjali Anand, Shabana Azmi, Jaya Bachchan in crucial roles and is a rom-com written by Ishita Moitra, Shashank Khaitan and Sumit Roy. The film also marks the debut of Ibrahim Ali Khan, son of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, into the industry. He has assisted Karan in the making of this film.
Karan had revealed earlier that the movie is inspired by a real-life family. The family details were shared by his late father.
