The Btown couple, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, finally revealed Raha's face to the world on Monday when they brought Raha along for the annual Christmas lunch with the Kapoor family. The parents grinned broadly as they showed Raha to the paparazzi. Raha looked adorable in a white and pink dress with red velvet shoes; Alia wore a floral black dress; and Ranbir wore a black jacket with dark jeans.
The actors' fans were overjoyed to finally get to see their baby. Chandni, who sometimes goes viral for imitating Alia, remarked, "Oh my god, her eyes." Another fan said, "So much resemblance to Rishi Kapoor." Still another fan wrote, "She is adorable and resembles a lot with her dad, Rishi Kapoor."
At HTLS 2023, Alia gave an explanation for why she and her husband, Ranbir Kapoor, were shielding Raha from the media: "I do not want it to seem like I am hiding my daughter. I am proud of her. If the cameras were not rolling right now, I would put a giant image of her on the screen. I love her. I am proud of our baby. But we are new parents. We do not know how we feel about her face splashed out all over the internet; she is barely a year old." Raha was born on November 6, 2022. Up until this point, Ranbir and Alia had never shared pictures of her or allowed the paparazzi to take pictures of her.
On her most recent Koffee With Karan appearance, Alia also talked about how she once panicked when the paparazzi caught a glimpse of Raha and shared pictures of her on social media. Nevertheless, Alia reassured everyone that they would show her face once they felt comfortable with the idea.
