Entertainment: Actor Naga Chaitanya is enjoying the success of his latest film, Thandel, which has been performing well at the box office since its release last week. To celebrate the film’s triumph, a success meet was held on Tuesday evening, attended by the cast and crew. Veteran actor Nagarjuna Akkineni was the chief guest.

Chaitanya and Sobhita’s adorable moment goes viral

A major highlight of the evening was Naga Chaitanya's appearance alongside his wife, actress Sobhita Dhulipala. The couple made a stylish entry together, with Sobhita looking radiant in a pink saree. The event witnessed a heartwarming moment when Chaitanya recited the Bujji Thalli dialogue from the film, making Sobhita blush.

The story behind ‘Bujji Thalli’

During the film’s pre-release event, Chaitanya revealed that Bujji Thalli was a special nickname he used for Sobhita at home. He shared that Sobhita initially felt hurt when the song Bujji Thalli—composed by Devi Sri Prasad and sung by Javed Ali—was used in the film, as she believed it was exclusive to her. In Thandel, Chaitanya’s character Raju affectionately calls Pallavi’s character Satya Bujji Thalli, which loosely translates to "loved one."

Thandel: A film based on real events

Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, Thandel is inspired by a real-life incident where fishermen from Srikakulam accidentally entered Pakistani waters while fishing. The film, released on February 7, has received praise from audiences and continues to perform well in theatres.
