Shah Rukh Khan, with a heartwarming gesture, won hearts once more when he video-called a cancer patient who is an avid fan of the actor. The fan had stated her desire to see him at least once in her life, and the Bollywood Badshah surprised her with a video call.

Shivani Chakraborty, a 60-year-old patient, has been battling terminal cancer for several years. However, the condition has not dimmed her passion for movies, particularly for Shah Rukh Khan, the king of Bollywood. Shivani, a 60-year-old inhabitant of Khardah, North 24 Parganas, has been an avid fan of SRK her entire life. The sole wish she had, even when she suffered all the pain of her medical condition, though, was to meet her idol once in her life. Following that, the word spread on Twitter, and the actor personally video-called her and spoke with her for about 40 minutes.

Priya Chakraborty, the fan’s daughter, told the media, “SRK promised to pray for my mother’s quick recovery from her condition. He performed a ‘dua’ for her.” “SRK promised my mother that he would travel to my wedding and have fish curry made by herself as long as the fish had no bones,” Priya added. In addition to all these, at the end of their conversation, SRK even pledged to provide her with financial support as she fought the deadly illness.

Following the success of Pathaan, SRK is now preparing for the premiere of his upcoming movie, Jawan. September 2023 will see the film’s theatrical release. In addition to Jawaan, SRK is presently filming Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki, in which Taapsee Pannu plays the female lead.
