Madame Tussauds unveils 7 Harry Styles wax figures

Famous wax museum Madame Tussauds on Monday unveiled seven new wax figures of pop singer Harry Styles.

The new figures, which are modelled around the singer’s iconic looks from performances and red-carpet appearances, will be seen across Madame Tussauds museums in multiple cities – London, New York, Hollywood, Amsterdam, Sydney, Berlin, and Singapore. Each figure will feature Harry Styles in a unique dress and pose.

This move was prompted by thousands of sustained requests from Styles’ fans and comes a decade after his first appearance in the Madame Tussauds line-up in London alongside his former One Direction bandmates.

“Harry is one of the biggest stars in the world right now, from filling stadiums worldwide with his sell-out tours to being a fashion influencer, there is no denying he has left a timeless mark on popular culture,” Madame Tussauds’ Global Brand Director Angela Jobson said in an official statement.

“When the opportunity came up there was no hesitation, we jumped at the chance to add the Grammy award-winning superstar to our collection, and we cannot wait for fans to see him at any one of the seven venues worldwide.”

Harry Styles figures will wear green in London, rainbow in NY

The seven figures will feature iconic dresses worn by 29-year-old Styles. The wax Harry Styles figure which will be kept in Madame Tussauds’ London museum will wear a green suit which is based on the dress worn by the singer in the ‘My Policeman’ premiere. The figure – which took 10 months to complete – will premiere to the general public on July 27.

The figure in New York will feature the iconic ‘rainbow’ bodysuit worn by Styles at his 2022 headlining Coachella set.

The other figures will wear dresses based on Styles’ look from his bestselling ‘Love On Tour’ tour.
