Hrithik Roshan, who is frequently referred to as the Greek god of the Hindi cinema business, is praised not only for his attractive appearance but also for his persistent dedication to a strict diet and exercise routine.

The actor has recently revealed his toned figure and the gruelling gym regimen that helped him get jaw-dropping abs in just five weeks for his upcoming project is Siddharth Anand’s Fighter, which is scheduled for release on January 25, 2024.

Taking it to his Instagram handle, while sharing the pic, Hrithik captioned it, “5 weeks. Start to finish. Post vacation to post shoot. Mission accomplished. Thank you knees , back, ankles, shoulders and spine and mind. You guys love a good fight. I love you all. Now time to rest and recuperate and begin to find an even better balance. Hardest part – was saying NO to other important things, loved ones, friends, social occasions, school PTM’s and even extended work hours.”

He added further, “2nd hardest part – Getting into bed by 9pm. Easiest part – having a partner who is likeminded in thoughts and action. Thank you Sa. Best part – having a mentor like Mr. Kris Gethin who one can follow blind. Thank you Mr. Gethin for that expertise. Person I couldn’t do it without – my man Swapneel Hazare Thank you to my team. I am blessed to have these humans on my side.

The first to praise Hrithik’s dedication was his girlfriend Saba Azad, who are often see together. She commented, “And there it..achieving the unachievable in record time 🙂 Your resilience is unreal Ro!!”

Who is Saba Azad?

Saba Azad (born as Saba Singh Garewal) is an Indian actress, theatre director, and musician who was born on November 1, 1985. Saba was born in Delhi by a Kashmiri mother and a Punjabi father. She is Safdar Hashmi’s (the legendary actor) niece.

As a member of a theatrical family, Azad has been performing on stage with Safdar Hashmi’s Jana Natya Manch since she was a very small child.

Saba is one half of the electro-funk duo Madboy/Mink, located in Mumbai. She made her Bollywood debut as one of the leading ladies, Raaga in Dil Kabaddi (2008). She gained notoriety for playing the lead in the 2011 romantic comedy ‘Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge’. Additionally, in the 2016 Y-Films online series ‘Ladies Room’, she portrayed Dingo.

She has collaborated with actors like Habib Tanvir, MK Raina, GP Deshpande, and NK Sharma.

This is not all, she has also received training in contemporary dance styles, jazz, Latin, classical ballet, and odissi. She performed both inside and outside the country, notably in England, Canada, and Nepal, while travelling with her Odissi master, Kiran Segal.

After graduating from high school, she began her career in film when she was cast in the lead part of director Ishaan Nair’s short film Guroor, which shown at film festivals in Florence and New York. She afterwards went on to work in other short films.
