The famous TV actress has recently been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and she has been documenting her journey via Instagram. Recently, she shared a video of cutting her hair short where one can hear her mother crying in the back.

New Delhi: In a recent video posted on Instagram by Hina Khan, the TV serial fame 'Ye Rishta kya Kehlata hai' star is seen cutting her hair after her official announcement of being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. She is seen cutting her hair by herself to normalize the fact that it is okay to cut your hair even though it is a crowning jewel for many people and through the Instagram post, she reassures her fans that she is doing good and will come back even stronger.

The TV star, who has also made an appearance at the Cannes Film Festival, is recording herself through the journey to recover from this life-threatening disease where she is sharing her approach to staying positive and putting herself as a priority. She started by attending an award function after being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Her work is extremely important to her, she promised herself that she would bounce back stronger and reinvent herself again and get out of this life-altering phase of life. She attended her first-ever chemotherapy session after winning an Odonil Digital award. 

She shared that this award gave her immense strength and courage that she is doing well enough in life and she wants to prioritize her career and wants to get better as soon as possible. On June 28, 2024, she shared the sad news of her diagnosis on her Instagram handle. She has received a lot of love and support online. Mouni Roy commented on her recent haircut post, 'Strong and stunning always' with a heart emoji. Singer Vishal Mishra commented,' Sending loads of positivity'.

Khan is going to document her journey via social media to help other people, especially women who are suffering and will try to keep positivity as her foremost tool in her journey towards recovery.
