On the occasion of Friendship Day on Sunday, veteran actor Anupam Kher is feeling the absence of his dear friend and late actor-director Satish Kaushik ‘a little extra’.

Celebrating Friendship Day this year, Anupam Kher took to social media to extend warm wishes to his followers. On his Instagram account, Kher shared a series of pictures featuring himself with friends Anil Kapoor and the late Satish Kaushik, accompanied by a heartfelt message.

“Happy Friendship Day! Missing Satish a little extra today!” the caption read.

In the initial photograph, Anupam Kher can be seen sharing the frame with Anil Kapoor, both adorned with cheerful smiles and rocking identical black suits.

In the second picture, the trio of close friends pose for the camera, with the late Satish Kaushik stealing the limelight with his smile.

The much-loved actor and filmmaker Satish Kaushik passed away on March 9 after suffering a heart attack, shortly after enjoying Holi festivities with friends at producer Vikas Malu’s farmhouse.

Following Kaushik’s demise, Anupam Kher has been providing companionship to the Tere Naam actor’s daughter, Vanshika, just as Satish Kaushik himself used to. Anupam Kher even orchestrated a musical evening in April this year to commemorate Satish’s birth anniversary.
