Popular YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, who was in Singapore at the time of the cyber attack, broke his silence nearly 24 hours later. Instead of expressing frustration, the YouTuber adopted a light-hearted approach, sharing a photo of his meal at a restaurant on Instagram stories. Taking it to his Instagram handle, he humorously remarked about "celebrating the cyber attack," displaying a calm and humorous demeanor despite the situation.

In another story of Instagram, he captioned, “Is this the end of my YouTube career?”

YouTube channel hacked

Popular YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, widely known as BeerBiceps, has become the latest victim of a cyber attack, leading to hackers taking control of both his YouTube channels. The attackers renamed the channels to "@Elon.trump.tesla_live2024" and "@Tesla.event.trump_2024," aligning them with prominent figures like former U.S. President Donald Trump and Tesla CEO Elon Musk.

Following the renaming, the hackers deleted all original videos, including podcasts and interviews, that had made Allahbadia’s channels so popular. Instead, they uploaded old livestream videos featuring Musk and Trump. This attack echoes a similar incident that targeted the Supreme Court’s YouTube channel weeks earlier, which had also been taken over by cybercriminals.

YouTube takes swift action

In response, YouTube swiftly removed both of Allahbadia’s channels, citing a breach of its policies. When users tried to search for the channels, a message stated, "This page isn't available. Sorry about that. Try searching for something else," confirming that the channels had been taken down due to policy violations.
