Ed Sheeran to return to India for his Mathematics tour next year

The Thinking Out Loud singer, Ed Sheeran, is all set to return to India for a tour next year and fans can't keep their calm. The British singer will bring his '+ - = / x' tour to the country as part of his Asia tour in 2024.

The Thinking Out Loud singer, Ed Sheeran, is all set to return to India for a tour next year and fans can't keep their calm. The British singer will bring his '+ - = / x' tour to the country as part of his Asia tour in 2024.

According to BookMyShow, Ed Sheeran’s India concert will take place on March 16 next year at the Mahalaxmi Racecourse, Mumbai. Moreover, Calum Scott is said to mark his presence at the show next year.

Ed Sheeran’s 2024 tour

The last time the ‘Shape of You’ singer came to India was in 2017 as part of his Divide tour. Even last time, Sheeran’s performance took place at Jio Gardens in BKC, Mumbai.

After a long break of six years since his last visit to India, this will mark ED Sheeran’s third visit to the country following his 2015 and 2017 tours.

In 2023, the singer released two albums titled '-' (Subtract) and Autumn Variations, released in May and September respectively. The '+ - = / x' tour will be two hours long and will feature all the songs from his previous albums since 2011 - "Plus," "Multiply" (2014), "Divide" (2017), "Equals" (2021) and the new "Subtract."

Moreover, the tour will also include a song from 2019's "No. 6 Collaborations Project" ("Blow"), as per media reports.

India visits of Ed Sheeran

Ed Sheeran has made three appearances in India with his first visit to the country in 2015. In November 2017, he returned for the second time for a show at Jio World Garden in Bandra Kurla Complex despite being injured.

In his 2017 visit, the singer was also seen partying with B-town celebrities including, Shah Rukh Khan, Shahid Kapoor with wife Mira, Malaika Arora and others at filmmaker Farah Khan's residence after the concert.
