Reports say that a real estate company has bought the house.The bungalow is located in the posh area of Juhu and Dev Anand is said to have spent most of his years, with his family, in this house. As per the reports, the deal has been struck at Rs 400 crore and the paperwork is on.For the unversed, the suburbs of Juhu feature some of the biggest bungalows in Mumbai.
