Accused of hurting religious sentiments

In a scene of the film, Randeep Hooda is shown standing on the crucifixion of Jesus Christ and standing on top of the altar, which has caused resentment in the Christian community. There are allegations about this scene that the filmmakers intentionally included this scene to hurt religious sentiments. In addition, the film also has a slaughter scene in the church, which is further enhancing the controversy.

Christian community demand for ban

People from the Christian community are protesting against this film. In a video, people are seen shouting slogans "Randeep Hooda Murdabad". He planned to protest outside the cinema hall, but the police stopped him. Subsequently, he submitted a memorandum to the Joint Commissioner and demanded a ban on the film within 48 hours. Also, he has demanded legal action against the manufacturers.

Randeep Hooda's cruel gangster roll

In the film 'Jat', Randeep Hooda plays a brutal gangster Ranatunga, who stands against the character of Sunny Deol. Randeep has increased his weight by eight kg for this role. Director Gopichand Malineni has introduced Randeep as a dangerous and strict gangster.

The film 'Jat' is released in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil. It also stars Vineet Kumar Singh, Saiyami Kher, Jagapathi Babu and Ramya Krishnan in the lead roles. The film's soundtrack is composed by Thman S, while photography is done by sage Punjabi and Editing Naveen Nauli. The film is produced by Mithri Movie Makers and Peepal Media Factory.
