Adipurush has been making headlines since its inception. In the news, again, for its ‘over the counter’ dialogues, Adipurush has not gone well with many people in India. Dialogue writer Manoj Muntashir had sought security amid all the outburst and as per ANI, Mumbai police has agreed to provide the same. ANI tweeted:

Muntashir has been receiving flak for writing allegedly shoddy dialogues. Lines like, “tel tere baap ka, kapda tere baap ka, jalegi bhi tere baap ki’, ‘teri bua ka bageecha hai kya jo ghumne aagaya’ etc, have not gone well with the audience. And he had been receiving threats online and offline.
However, on June 18, amid this constant controversy, Muntashir assured the audience that he will change the dialogues that have been criticised on the social media. In an emotional note, he explained the ways that were used by other writers in narrating their stories and said that he wanted to narrate this film in his own way. Also, he cleared that he is not ‘arrogant’.

Meanwhile, the Mumbai police are investing the entire ‘threat’ matter.
