Actor Imran Khan, who is known for his rom-com characters in films like ‘Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na’, ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’, ‘Delhi Belly’, ‘I Hate Love Stories’, ……. is in the news again. The actor has shared some of his pictures from his acting days on Instagram today. The pictures narrate the story of him getting fitter for roles in movies.

Khan captioned the pictures explaining how he dealt with depression and body shaming, revealing that he was criticised for being skinny and was often asked to ‘bulk up’ for roles.
Imran wrote, “I’ve always been skinny. I’m one of those hyper-metabolic people, my body just burns through whatever I consume. Oh no, what a terrible affliction! In my late teens, guys around me started joining gyms and working out. They started to expand, their biceps stretching the sleeves of their t-shirts. I wore a size S, and my sleeves were still loose.”
Imran even mentioned that he is openly talking about anabolics because he wanted to break the illusion about ingesting steroids. The actor also said that he has stopped the use of steroids and now only consumes natural supplements like turmeric and walnuts.
