The 69th National Film Awards ceremony, honouring the best Indian cinema for the year 2021 is being held at the Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi. The Kashmir Files won the Nargis Dutt Award for Best Film on National Integration will be honoured at the 69th National Film Awards.Apart from this, Pankaj Tripathi won the Best Supporting Actor while Pallavi Joshi won Best Supporting Actress Award. The list is long for the awards across the Featured and Non-Featured films.Best feature film award has been given to Rocketry: The Nambi Effect and the Best Non-Feature Film has been bagged by Ek Tha Gaon directed by Srishti Lakhera.Apart from being named the Best Hindi Film, Shoojit Sircars historical drama Sardar Udham won several awards, it also bagged award for Best Cinematography (Avik Mukhopadhyay), Best Audiography (Sinoy Joseph), Best Production Design (Dmitrii Malich and Mansi Dhruv Mehta) and Best Costume Design (Veera Kapur Ee) awards.Veteran actor Waheeda Rehman received the Dadasaheb Phalke Award for her contribution in Indian cinema.
