Renowned Pakistani actor Hania Aamir has drawn parallels between India and Pakistan, describing the two nations as “distant cousins.” In a recent interview with CNN, the star spoke about the shared cultural similarities and the significance of cross-border connections. "We're like distant cousins. We're just so similar in so many ways," Hania shared. She expressed her admiration for the mutual appreciation between the two countries, emphasizing the value of collaboration and friendship across borders.

Handling the 'Face of Gen-Z' tag

When asked how she feels when referred to as the "face of Gen-Z" in Pakistan, Hania candidly admitted, "I do not take too much pressure on me. I just try to be myself, and whatever comes my way, I approach it with as much honesty as I can," the actor said. Reflective of authenticity and not given to societal norms, her earthy approach brings home the emphasis she places upon staying true rather than giving in.

Hania's love for Indian music

Hania's love for Indian music is not a secret. The actress frequently posts videos of her dancing to Bollywood tracks and has captured hearts on both sides of the border. She recently performed at a wedding in Pakistan and grooved to all-time favorites such as Badi Mushkil from Lajja and Aaila Re Ladki Mast Mast from Jung. Her energetic performances on Dil Lutiya by Jazzy B and the hook step of Chikni Chameli from Agneepath have also earned her huge appreciation. Last October, Hania went to London to attend the Dil-Luminati Tour by Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh, where her rumoured boyfriend, Indian rapper Badshah, joined the stage.

Hania talks about Badshah rumors

There is all this chatter over social media among Hania and Badshah, coupled with their numerous rendezvous in Dubai that has many claiming they have or are an item. Hania, however talked about it once during a session with BBC Asian Network. "Sometimes I feel like my biggest concern is the fact that I'm not married, if I was, then away from most of these gossips, would be." She said as a way to rub off the attention.
