However, an unexpected incident unfolded as Shivakumar was greeted with an unwanted arm around his shoulders.During a campaign event in Savanur, Haveri, Municipal Member Allauddin Maniar approached Shivakumar with a friendly gesture, placing his arm around the leaders shoulders.
