Earlier in the day, Rahul Gandhi had addressed another rally in Bakhtiarpur, Patna, where he strongly criticized the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

During his speech in Bakhtiarpur, Rahul Gandhi made big promises. He pledged that if the opposition alliance, known as the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA), comes to power, they would cancel the Agneepath scheme and deposit Rs 8,500 into every woman's account each month. Rahul emphasized that these financial measures would significantly improve the economic condition of families across the nation if their alliance formed the central government starting from July.
