Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Here’s how Prashant Kishor reacted to Exit polls

Political analyst Prashant Kishor who has been in the news for making predictions for the Lok Sabha Election result, has reacted to the exit polls, which predicted a landslide victory for the BJP-led NDA. Taking it to his official X handle, he asked people not to waste valuable time on useless talks and analyses of fake journalists and self-proclaimed experts of social media.

The BJP-led NDA is expected to win handily and give Prime Minister Narendra Modi a record-breaking third term, according to almost all exit polls. The India Today-My Axis India Exit Poll predicts that the NDA would gain between 361 and 401 seats, increasing its 2019 totals.

According to the exit poll, the INDIA bloc led by the opposition was expected to secure 131–166 seats. If these figures prove to be accurate, PM Modi's ten-year rule will be decisively endorsed when the results are declared on June 4 and the opposition parties' position will be severely weakened.

On the other hand, an exit poll by India Daily Live also predicts 36o-406 seats for NDA, whereas 96-116 will be secured by the INDIA alliance. Others are expected to get 30-60 seats. 

Notably, the results for the Lok Sabha Elections will be announed on June 4.
