He pledges to leverage the country's vast energy potential to provide free electricity up to 200 units to economically disadvantaged households, allocating a budget of Rs 1.25 lakh crore for this initiative.

  2. Quality Education: Recognising the dire state of government schools, Kejriwal vows to revolutionise the education sector by offering top-notch free education in all government schools, surpassing the standards set by private institutions.

  3. Enhanced Healthcare: Addressing the healthcare crisis, Kejriwal pledges to bolster healthcare services, ensuring accessible and high-quality treatment for all. He plans to establish Mohalla clinics in every village and locality to provide comprehensive healthcare services.

  4. National Sovereignty: Kejriwal's fourth guarantee focuses on safeguarding the nation's territorial integrity. He vows to reclaim any land occupied by foreign forces, particularly referencing China's encroachment. Kejriwal pledges diplomatic efforts coupled with unwavering support for the armed forces to reclaim lost territory.

  6. Fair Prices for Farmers: In a bid to support farmers, Kejriwal commits to implementing the Swaminathan Report, ensuring that farmers receive fair prices for their produce based on Minimum Support Price (MSP).

  7. Statehood for Delhi: Kejriwal advocates for granting Delhi full statehood, a long-standing demand that he believes is essential for effective governance and democratic representation.

  8. Combatting Unemployment: Kejriwal pledges to tackle unemployment head-on, aiming to create avenues for job opportunities and economic growth.

  9. Anti-corruption Measures: In his ninth guarantee, Kejriwal vows to root out corruption, identifying the BJP's alleged involvement in fostering corrupt practices.

  10. Trader-Friendly Reforms: Kejriwal's final guarantee focuses on simplifying the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime, ensuring trader-friendly policies by removing GST from the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and streamlining GST procedures.
