In a bold declaration, AAP leader Somnath Bharti has thrown down the gauntlet, vowing to shave his head if Narendra Modi clinches a third term as Prime Minister. Bharti, currently contesting from the New Delhi Lok Sabha constituency, stands firm in his confidence that the exit polls which are currently favoring BJP's victory, will be proven wrong on June 4th, when the election results will be declared.
