Elon Musk and Bernard Arnault can be seen posing together in photos from the lunch that Antoine Arnault posted on Instagram Stories. As per sources, the two had dinner at the upscale restaurant Cheval Blanc, part of the LVMH Mot Hennessy Louis Vuitton group, which was created by Arnault in 1987.

While Bernard Arnault, Chairman and CEO of LVMH, attended with two of his sons, Antoine and Alexandre Arnault, the Tesla CEO was accompanied by his mother, Maye Musk. But the nature of the talks between both billionaires was not made public, but it is anticipated that the talks could have included Arnault’s involvement.
Elon Musk went to the seventh Viva Technology conference after lunch, which was held in Pairs, France from June 14 to June 17. The Publicis Groupe SA and Les Echos, both owned by LVMH, created the annual conference. Notably, it is Europe’s biggest startup and tech event to foster innovation by bringing together investors, significant organisations, tech gurus, and entrepreneurs.
Official speakers at the technology conference included Elon Musk and Bernard Arnault. Emmanuel Macron, the president of France, Marc Benioff, the co-founder of Salesforce, and Yann LeCun, the vice president and chief AI scientist at Meta, among others, were among the other speakers.
This week, Musk is in France to meet with President Emmanuel Macron and talk about establishing a Tesla factory there. Macron posted a photo of the two men smiling on his Twitter Friday morning with the caption: “Let’s work together! #ChooseFrance.”

Elon Musk is the world’s richest person, according to Forbes, with a net worth of $236.9 billion. Bernard Arnault and his family are rated second, with a net value of $233.4 billion. The CEO of Tesla recently recaptured the title of the world’s richest person. When the IT sector was in trouble, Bernard Arnault surpassed him in December, but luxury had remained strong in the face of inflation. Brands owned by LVMH, founded by Bernard Arnault, include Louis Vuitton, Hennessy, and Fendi.
