Prices rose slightly in Bihar, Haryana, Jharkhand and Uttarakhand but remained steady in Uttar Pradesh. Andhra Pradesh saw a decline to Rs 111.45 per liter for petrol. With varying local taxes, fuel prices differ across states. But major metro cities have seen no revisions by oil companies for the last few days.
