Maruti, finally on June 7, shared the starting price of its much-awaited SUV Jimny. The five-door car will be available in six variants. The base model can be brought home at Rs 12.74 lakh, ex-showroom. The top-end model Alpha AT will be priced at 15.05 lakh, ex-showroom.
As per Maruti, Jimny is expected to pay an important role along side other models like Brezza, Fronx and Grand Vitara, to touch the top position in SUV segment.
Meanwhile, Jimny will be available with a 1.5-litre petrol engine. Other variants featuring Zeta MT (Rs 12.74 lakh), Zeta AT (Rs 13.94 lakh), Alpha MT (Rs 13.69 lakh), Alpha AT (Rs 14.89 lakh), and two dual tone variants – Alpha MT (Rs 13.85 lakh) and Alpha AT (Rs 15.05 lakh). All prices are ex-showroom.

Jimny was first exhibited at Auto Expo in January this year.
