Indian Oil releases recruitment notification, check details inside

A notification has been released by the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) inviting applicants for the various posts in the company. This notification aims to fill the 1,720 vacancies across different posts.

According to the recruitment post, this drive is for the positions of Trade Apprentice, Technical Apprentice, and Technician Apprentice. The Online applications already opened on October 21, 2023, and the deadline for the application of the IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2023 is November 20, 2023, following which no more applications will be accepted.

Candidates are also advised to carefully go through the details before applying as an application with incorrect information will not be accepted. 

Age limit

The candidates applying to IOCLApprentice Recruitment 2023 can apply if they are between 18 to 24 years of age. Age will be calculated as of October 31, 2023. Moreover, there will be age relaxation for OBC, EWS, SC, ST, and reserved categories, as per the specified rules. 

Eligibility

Candidates who have completed classes 10 and 12 and also possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade are eligible for the application. The candidate who has completed Class 12, a degree, or a diploma should have a certificate obtained from a recognised Board, University, or Institute as a full-time regular course in the applicable trade or discipline.

Apart from this, a minimum of 50 per cent marks is necessary in the overall aggregate. There will be a relaxation of 45 per cent for candidates belonging to the reserved category of SC/ST and Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD), in the seats specifically reserved for them.
