With the Iran-Israel conflict fortunately not rising in the past few days, Air India on Friday announced that it will resume the suspended flights from Delhi to Tel Aviv on May 16. The operations have been on halt since October 7 due to rising tensions in the Middle East. Taking it to the official X handle, Air India announced the same.

The suspension of the airline services came on April 19, when Air India announced the suspension till April 30 amid the Iran-Israel conflict. The Tata-owned air carrier recommenced operations after 5 months on March 3. Although the tension remains uneasy, the air carrier has decided to resume the services.

It is to be noted that the operations were on halt due to unsafe Iran airspace amid tension between two Middle east countries.
The decision to start operations highlights that Air India is committed to providing uninterrupted service while navigating complex conflicts. Recognizing the vital transportation link, the airline aims to facilitate services from Delhi to Tel Aviv.
