Delhi High Court directs Ashneer Grover, Madhuri Jain to do THIS if they want to travel to the US

The court has allowed the accused of fraud, Ashneer Grover and his wife Madhuri Jain to travel to the United States but with some conditions.

The Delhi High Court has directed the BharatPe founder Ashneer Grover and his wife Madhuri Jain to furnish the security amount of Rs 80 crore if they want to travel to the United States.

The Court on Friday asked the couple to submit the same by way of property and asked them to submit the Emirates Card ‘Golden Visa’ with the court so that they do not travel to the United States Emirates (UAE). the card is issued by UAE to golden visa holders. The ‘Golden Visa’ allows for a 10-year residence permit for foreign nationals, that allows them to live, study or work in the UAE.

While allowing Grovers to spend the children’s summer vacation in the United States, the court asked the Economic Offence Wing to come back with the conditions of travel. The couple who are accused of fraud has also been asked to furnish the details of the hotel stay, travel and phone numbers with the investigating agencies and the court.

In addition to this, Grover has also been directed not to create any third-party rights on shares of BharatPe, they hold. The court directed that one of the parties would stay in India as a ‘mortgage’ while others could travel. As per sources, Grover will leave for the US on May 26 and will return to India on June 14, while his wife will travel on June 15 and return on July 1.

Reportedly, both of them are accused of committing Rs 81-crore fraud at the fintech firm.
