Major workspace solution provider, Awfis Space Solutions, in one of the recent developments has decided to extend the closing date of the initial public offering (IPO) from May 24 to May 27; despite it being fully subscribed across categories. However, there is no change in the price. It remains unchanged at Rs 364-383 per share.

According to the sources, the IPO includes a fresh issue of 3,342,037 equity shares worth Rs 128 crore and an Offer-for-Sale (OFS) of 12,295,699 shares worth Rs 470.93 crore. The total IPO size is Rs 598.93 crore. The share will be allotted on May 28 and the IPO will be listed on May 30 on the stock exchanges. The price band is set at Rs 364 to Rs 383 and the lot size is 39 shares.

Established in 2014, the flexible workspace provider for start-ups, SMEs, and large corporations is looking for a double-digit Grey Market Premium (GMP) that suggests significant demand and optimism among investors for the company's shares even before they hit the market.
