New Delhi: In a remarkable feat, Steelbird Hi-Tech has solidified its position as the leading helmet manufacturer globally, achieving an unprecedented 27% growth in revenue during the financial year 2023-24. With its flagship Steelbird helmets and accessories witnessing soaring demand, the company's revenue surged past Rs 711 crore, marking a significant milestone in its journey.

The announcement of Steelbird Hi-Tech's ascent to the pinnacle of helmet manufacturing underscores its unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and innovation. Expansion initiatives in Himachal Pradesh

The expansion of Steelbird's manufacturing facilities, including a new production line in Baddi, signifies its dedication to meeting the escalating demands of its clientele. With plans to manufacture 50,000 helmets daily, Steelbird aims not only to bolster its manufacturing capabilities but also to bolster road safety significantly. Additionally, the establishment of a new greenfield manufacturing facility in Hosur underscores Steelbird's commitment to empowering local communities and fostering growth opportunities.

Rapid retail expansion

In a bid to enhance customer experience and accessibility, Steelbird intends to establish over 200 specialized rider shops this year, with plans to expand to more than 1000 outlets in the coming years. Alongside helmets, Steelbird is diversifying its product portfolio to include riding gear, gloves, rain suits, and other rider essentials, catering comprehensively to the needs of the biking community.

Innovative product pipeline

Looking ahead, Steelbird is poised to introduce 20 new helmets comprising 70 variants in the financial year 2024-25. Each of these helmets is meticulously crafted not only to ensure safety but also to embody style and presence on the road.
