Royal Enfield, the iconic motorcycle brand, has revealed a major growth in sales for April 2024. They sold 81,870 motorcycles during this month, marking a 12% increase from the 73,136 units sold in the same period last year. The company also saw a rise in exports, with 6,832 units shipped internationally compared to 4,255 units in April last year.

Year-to-date performance

Looking at the year-to-date (YTD) figures, Royal Enfield recorded domestic sales of 75,038 units in the fiscal year 2024’25, up from 68,881 units in 2023’24, showing a growth of 9%. Similarly, exports surged by 61%, with 6,832 units shipped in 2024’25 compared to 4,255 units in the previous fiscal year.

The program covers 32 destinations, including countries like India, South Africa, Indonesia, Colombia, and various European countries.

The company's global expansion continues with the introduction of its motorcycles in new markets. The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 is now available in Japan, while the India-made Shotgun 650 has made its debut in North America, specifically in the USA and Canada. Pricing for the Shotgun 650 starts at $6,899 in the USA and CAD 9,199 in Canada, making it an attractive offering in these markets.
