New Delhi: KTM, a renowned name in the sports two-wheeler segment in India, is known for its diverse range of motorcycles catering to various budgets and preferences. From budget-friendly options to premium models, KTM motorcycles stand out for their exceptional design and performance.

In a bid to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction, KTM has introduced a compelling offer for motorcycle enthusiasts. Starting from April 1, 2024, all KTM and Husqvarna bikes purchased will come with a 5-year warranty and complimentary roadside assistance package for one year. This initiative aims not only to increase sales but also to elevate the overall ownership experience for customers.

Decding 5-year warranty package

Under the new scheme, every KTM motorcycle, including models from the Husqvarna lineup, will benefit from a comprehensive 5-year warranty. This warranty package consists of a standard warranty of 2 years or 30,000 kilometers, along with an extended warranty of 3 years or 45,000 kilometers. By offering an extensive warranty coverage, KTM aims to instill confidence in customers and ensure that they can enjoy their motorcycles without any worries. The warranty covers all components and maintenance costs, providing customers with peace of mind.

Complimentary roadside assistance

In addition to the generous warranty, customers purchasing KTM or Husqvarna bikes will receive complimentary roadside assistance for one year. This service includes round-the-clock roadside assistance, safe towing, on-site repairs, and flat tire assistance, among others. By offering free roadside assistance, KTM aims to address common concerns faced by riders, such as unexpected breakdowns or tire punctures, and provide them with immediate support whenever needed.

Expanding portfolio in the Indian market

Looking ahead, KTM is set to expand its portfolio in the Indian market with new additions to its lineup. Currently, the KTM portfolio includes popular models such as the Duke series, RC range, and ADV series. The company is also gearing up to introduce the new 390 Enduro, which has been spotted undergoing testing.
