Since its inception in 2021, this crossover SUV has garnered widespread acclaim and has been embraced by consumers across the globe.

Global sales figures

The Hyundai Ioniq 5 has witnessed robust sales across various international markets. Leading the pack is South Korea, where Hyundai has sold an impressive 66,938 units of the Ioniq 5. Following closely behind is the United States, with 66,481 units sold. Other key markets include Germany, the UK, Canada, Norway, and Indonesia, among others, where the EV has been met with enthusiastic reception.

Pricing and availability in India

In India, Hyundai introduced the Ioniq 5 to cater to the burgeoning demand for electric vehicles. Launched in 2023 and showcased at the Indian Auto Expo, the locally assembled Ioniq 5 is available in a dual-wheel-drive variant. Growing presence in India

Despite being a relatively nascent market for EVs, India has embraced the Hyundai Ioniq 5, with 1,389 units sold to date.
