These days are considered highly sacred in Hinduism and are associated with various rituals and traditions. Additionally, some plants are believed to be auspicious when planted in the home during Navratri. This is believed to bring blessings from Goddess Durga and fulfil the devotees’ wishes.

Here are some of the plants that are considered lucky to plant during Navratri:

1. Tulsi Plant (Holy Basil): Tulsi is highly revered in Hinduism, and it is believed that it is synonymous to Goddess Lakshmi. Planting Tulsi during Navratri is considered auspicious, and it is believed to bring prosperity, happiness, and ward off financial difficulties.

2. Shankhapushpi Plant: Shankhapushpi is also considered very auspicious during Navratri. Planting this during any of the nine days is believed to bring wealth and fulfil one’s desires. It is also believed that Goddess Durga blesses the home where Shankhapushpi is grown.

3. Banana Plant: The banana plant is associated with Lord Vishnu, and planting it during Navratri is believed to bring the blessings of Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi. This is likely to result in the removal of financial troubles and overall prosperity.

4. Harshringar Plant (Night Jasmine): Planting the Harshringar plant during Navratri is considered auspicious. Before planting it, make sure to wear clean clothes and take a bath.
